I have been seeing Dr Rynning since 2002. He is the best psychiatrist when it comes to medications for depression and anxiety. During my early years with him, we tried many medications that weren’t right for me. And finally, I am on exactly what I need for my condition. He is an excellent listener. Dr. Rynning is outspoken and stern, but as you get to know him he is curious about your questions, and also has a wonderful sense of humor. You have to be exactly on time for your appointment or he won’t see you. Hence, I’ve only been late due to holiday traffic one time in the 20+ years I have been seeing him. I like his new office and the staff there. I dread the day when he retires, as I will need to see a psychiatrist for the rest of my life since I have a family history that includes numerous relatives who are bipolar. After my many years of seeing Dr. Rynning, I can honestly say that I highly recommend him.
