Went to the ER just to be safe when I had a hard time bending my leg all the way a couple weeks after a surgery. My wife and 2 year old daughter were with me and Dr. Babbitt was so great with my baby, he made her laugh and smile and really helped her feel less freaked out about me being back in a hospital. It turned out that I did in fact have the far out thing I feared, which was three deep vein blood clots in my leg. Dr. Babbitt was really great at making me feel like it wasn’t that big of a deal and I was going to be okay and explained the blood thinners he was prescribing. It was so refreshing to have an excellent doctor experience, it’s sadly not that common of an occurrence these days.
