After seeing Dr Hugo for 6 years, I recently had a serious diagnosis. After I got my biopsy results back I had very high anxiety and called the office for a telehealth appt for that day. The office said that Dr. Hugo was leaving for the day at 11:45AM but would ask him. Dr Hugo was kind enough to spend 1 hour with me at 12:45 on a telehealth visit on his own time to answer my questions and give his input. He is very intelligent, personable, patient and really has heart talking to me on a Friday afternoon that he was not supposed to be working.
