I had a great experience with Dr. Figg. He truly listened to my concerns and expectations, making me feel heard and understood. He was courteous and showed genuine understanding of my needs, which I really appreciated. It was reassuring to have him validate my concerns rather than dismiss them. Dr. Figg also took the time to walk me through the available treatment options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. His thoughtful and informative approach gave me confidence in the care I received.
