I've been seeing Dr. Deguzman for a few months now, and I've been impressed with his positive 'bedside' manner, as well as his treatment recommendations to help resolve my particular issues. If something isn't working, he doesn't waste time switching to a dofferent treatment plan. Further, ive found him to be kind and respectful to his patients, really taking the time to ask and respond to questions. I've got a variety of health care issues so I see several specialists on a regular basis, and Dr. Deguzman is the only one who consistely asks me if I've got questions or concerns prior to ending our appointments. This should be a mandatory conversation between all patients and providers, but unfortunately, most doctors are too busy, distracted, etc., to take the time to get their patient's feedback, and to really addres their patients concerns.
