I just met Dr. Lipana for the first time and was completely blown away! He seemed refreshingly open-minded (or at least willing to listen). For once, I felt seen and heard by a medical doctor -- something I wish I could say for most of the others! He was very perceptive and understanding of where a lost patient with a mystery illness is coming from. He was candid and very knowledgeable, yet potentially amenable to countervailing information outside the rigidity of prevailing dogma. He verily seems to have pursued his profession for the purpose of helping people!
