I am a Fellow physician at MD Anderson Cancer Center, in the field of GynOncology, currently looking for jobs this coming summer. Dr. Weeks was my mentor when I was a medical student and he played an integral role in my professional development. First and foremost, he was exceptional with all of his patients. Being a doctor for 8 years now (residency/fellowship), I can legitimately say that I have never seen a better bedside manner than his. I look up to him and hope to carry that on as he trained me. One of the most memorable moments for me was when Dr. Weeks said we have to round on our inpatients (but you’re a PCP ??). He is the only family practitioner I have ever known that goes and rounds on his patients when they’re in the hospital. If you live in the Kingwood area, I cannot recommend a better doc!
