I have been going to Dr Mencius for about 3 years now. I find him to be very honest and forthright as well as a highly qualified dentist. He can be very blunt at times as to what you should be doing to help preserve your teeth, but I attribute that to his honesty and personally prefer that to someone who sugarcoats things to avoid embarrassing or offending you. Dr Menius also has more credentials than most dentists. He performed a root canal for me in his office that the great majority of dentists would have to farm out. Oh, and I forgot to mention that his rates are far lower than most. All I can say is give him a try. If you aren’t put off by his sometimes brutal honesty (which is really for your own good) you’re going to end up realizing that you’ve found a gem.
