Dr. Lai is easy-going, interested in you as a person, skilled and smart, and is the best internist I’ve had in the past 40 years! And I’ve gone thru many who were horrible. Dr. Lai is also easy to contact and get a response from his office staff. And he has two locations: Daly City and San Francisco. He’s the best!
