Dr. Hoover is patient, listens well, explains well and doesn't rush to get to the next patient.I just moved five hours out of the area. For some reason my appointment was not in my calendar. I got a reminder call at 7:15 a.m.But there was no way to cancel, reschedule or leave a message.Technology is great, but people are better.Sorry to be a no show!
