My father was one of Dr. Novello's first patients and just loved this man like a family member. Dr. Novello was always available for my father to call about high BP or other symptoms and provided support, compassion, humor, and dedication during my father's illness which resulted in end stage renal disease. I totally trusted Dr. Novello and admired his relationship with my father. Dr. Novello showed genuine sympathy when my father passed, and I will always hold him in high regard. Five stars!!
