He is a good, knowledgeable doctor and listens to fully understand your concerns. His nurse returns emails in a timely manner and addresses your questions. His medical assistant is wonderful, always in an great mood that is uplifting when I ma feeling at my worst. The receptionist, while her words are not necessarily rude her body language and tone of voice clearly send the message that you are annoying her, no matter what your request or question is.Can't win them all and a cranky receptionist doesn't bother me in the least considering how great the medical staff is.
