Patient Reviews
Apr 21, 2024
As a Registered Nurse (with over 35 years of experience), I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kozlovsky. Four years ago he rescued me from left eye pain of the most acute nature. He referred me to a top-notch cornea specialist who did a transplant of the inner lining of that eye's cornea. At my most recent visit to Dr. 'K.' in April 2024 my vision was near-perfect, eye pressures were normal, and both eyes pain-free. Dr. Kozlovsky is as caring and competent a physician as you will find.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
