Dr. Franklin is my VA palliative care physician. My visits have been virtual only . Dr Franklin is a wonderful doctor and an extraordinary human being. He has been so helpful to me in improving my quality of life . Dr. Franklin cares and becomes a friend . He knows how to get to the bottom of what you need and sets the wheels in motion for you to get it. He stays on top of it until it happens . The VA has been wonderful to me , I'm in the late stages of COPD . I honestly believe that God put me in his care. I can't brag on John Franklin enough. Thank you Dr. Franklin
