Although this was a few years ago, it is worth telling. My wife had had a transplant, developed kidney cancer, and was on hemo-dialysis as well as chemo. We had gone to the ER because her fistula looked close to bursting. After a too-long wait, and no help from the ER, we called Dr. Fassler and he came to the ER himself within a few minutes. He told us how to deal with the fistula and scheduled her for an in-office procedure the next morning to fix it. Five stars aren't enough to describe the care and concern given my wife in her final 18 months of life.
