Dr. Capua is very thorough in running appropriate and updated test to compare and making the best decision over your situation. I have found and trust his professional decision to do surgery to correct my issue. He was very honest and I do not see any mal practice strikes against him. God bless him and his specialty neurosurgeon work. Much needed in our area.
