Monday, May 20th, 2019, the reason for my visit was to have Dr. John Lynam do a cystoscopy and a TUV. Upon my arrival, I awaited my name to be called to be seen by Dr. John Lynam. I was greeted by one of his assistants who helped prepare the examination room and gave me a gown. Dr. John Lynam greeted me and proceeded with the cystoscopy. First, he removed the catheter and urine bag. Then, he prepped the area where the cystoscope was put into my body. The educational part of this exam was an opportunity to view my prostate. The next test was to see how much urine emptied from the bladder. The outcome was success. Enough urine emptied from my bladder to send me home without a catheter nor urine bag. A follow-up appointment with Dr. John Lynam is scheduled for Tuesday, May 28 at 11 AM. I know that I am in very professional medical care with Dr. John Lynam and his staff.
