Dr. Lo has been our family dentist for a long time. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Everything is explained in an easy to understand. Most of the time , I can make a payment plan. I used to have a phobia w/ dentist (just sitting in the dentist chair gives me a lot of anxiety). I have overcome that fear. I'm so grateful w/ Dr. Lo. I know he doesn't remember our first meeting. one Friday morning I was on my way home from work and one of my tooth feel off. I knocked @ the office, (I didn't know they are closed on Fridays) Lo and behold (no pun intended) he opened the door. he said they are closed, but he agreed to look. he even cleaned the chair. he fixed it temporarily, until I got an appointment. Tat was around early 2000.
