Dr. Canio and his staff are superior to others in his specialty field. I'm a patient with cirrhosis of the liver amongst other things associated with organ and gastric functions of the body. I highly recommend him over others as he is very informative, kind, gentle, very caring and follows up on his work for his patients. I highly recommend him as one of the very best you'll ever find.

He is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Canio has been in practice since 1997 and has been with Capitol G.I. since 2002. Dr. Canio sees patients in both our Carmichael and Roseville offices.
