I was recommended her from a friend of a friend. I got my evaluation for my lipo, the office staff are always friendly and helpful. They seemm to always want to help you out. I would text, call and email and I would always get back a response. They made the process smooth. I had no issues. thy have the best customer service from all the places I called, every place just want to sell and push you. At Grace surgery arts, they listen and they always care about you safety. I felt relax on the phone and when I came to the office. Dr VAlina made me feel welcome. She is soo nice and I felt safe with her. I never waited long in the office or for surgery. I am in luv with my results and it looks way better than i expect. Dr V saw me after the surgery for my postops, not her assistant. She taught me how to do my postop care. I am coming back if i need any more done. Thank you!
