I am recently recovering from thumb surgery by Dr. Jiang . I have been dealing with thumb pain over a year. Lately the pain has gotten so bad I couldn’t endure it any longer. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Jiang and I got an appointment within a week later. From my first appointment for diagnosis to the surgery and now to recovery Dr. Jiang has been amazing. He diagnosed my trouble immediately, took X-rays and explained the surgery. I’ve so far had three visits, fourth one is coming up. I cannot praise Dr. Jiang and his entire staff more. They are extremely professional, informative and just nice in every way. I’m so happy my friend recommended him to me. My thumb is healing wonderfully and i will soon start rehab! Great orthopedic surgeon and very impressive

  • Dr. Carrie Luu performs complex cancer surgery for patients with pancreatic, liver, and bile duct cancers. She specializes in gastrointestinal malignancies such as gastric and small bowel cancer, as well as cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC (Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy), an innovative treatment for complex abdominal cancers. Her research interests include outcomes in hepatobiliary/pancreatic and gastrointestinal surgery, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery. Dr. Luu is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of General Surgery, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She is a member of the Society of Surgical Oncology, American College of Surgeons, the Association of Women Surgeons, the American Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. When not treating patients, Dr. Luu enjoys walks with her English bulldog.
