I needed to have a procedure that I was very frightened about. However, Dr. Mao and her assistants Chris and Chloe were so kind, thoughtful and compassionate that I was soon put at ease—before, during, and after the procedure. I feel grateful for Dr. Mao's skills and her kindness.
