Dr Specht is kind and understanding. She listens to your concerns and gives you peace of mind knowing she will do her best in helping you. I went in after waking up deaf in my left ear. (Sudden sensorineural (“inner ear”) hearing loss (SSHL) I was scared that I may never hear again. Dr Specht listened to my concern and started treatment right away. I now have some hear back in my left ear and it seems to be improving with each treatment. Thank you Dr Specht.
