Dr. Lattman made me feel comfortable and confident about my upper eyelid procedure during our first appointment. I had consulted with other doctors, but Dr. Lattman has a great way about her that is both extremely professional and personable/approachable at the same time. There was never any pressure, the staff was super helpful, answered my questions, and Dr. Lattman patiently listened to every concern and talked through every detail even till the last moment before surgery. The procedure was simple and painless - just as described. I'm so happy I finally did this, and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lattman.
