I cannot express in words how grateful I am to be alive. If my path had not crossed with Capt. Foltz, U.S.N. Ret. at NAS JAX Naval Hospital I would not be alive right now. I was injured in combat in 2013. Capt. Foltz treated me and gave me my life back. He allowed me to enjoy my Life and Family, and be present for my Wife and our 3 children.. He treated me as if I were part of his family. Even after we were both retired from Military Service, I continued to see Dr. Foltz at his Private Practice in Jacksonville, FL. He is by far the BEST Pain Management Doctor I have ever come across. I owe him a debt, that I can Never repay. He had given me 10 more years with my family. Unfortunately I have a Terminal Illness that is inoperable. I have a little more time left… had I not met Dr. Foltz, I would have been gone years ago.Thank you Sir. It has been my pleasure to know you and your Family. Bravo Zulu.
