Upon arriving at the office, I was promptly checked in and seen 10 minutes early. Everyone was courteous and professional. Dr. Pollack was obviously familiar with my medical history and the reason for my appointment. He took his time explaining things to me in a clear and easily to understand manner. During the appointment, all of the anxiety and concern I had about my cardiac issue disappeared! Dr. Pollack was very personable and at the same time, demonstrated his knowledge about my condition. The plans he developed were clearly presented and easy to understand. I would certainly highly recommend Dr. Pollock to anyone in need of a cardiologist. Great office staff and a great doctor, not easy to find today but in this office, both are present.
