Dr. Schmidt was great! But this office (65th Street, 3rd Ave) was a nightmare, and their practice is that even when the doctor messages you about your condition, you CANNOT communicate with him unless you schedule a whole other appointment, ie spend a whole other afternoon *just to get the follow up care you were proscribed in the first place*! A total scam.
