She has been my OBGYN for the past 3 years and has been nothing but amazing. She may come off as a little short, but it’s all in the hope of decreasing anxiety and explaining things simply. She didn’t try to push back at all for any suggestions I had about my birth control options or treatment for an ovarian cyst. If I wanted To try a new treatment method, she affirmed my feelings and allowed me to try it. She also agreed to sterilize me at 21 and gave me zero pushback or “you’ll change your mind” comments while also educating me on the benefits of the method I chose.
