Dr. Kummer was amazing. She knew exactly what was wrong, did the surgery, and post-op always cared about how I was doing. This is about eight years later and now the other hand needs the same surgery. I am definitely going to see her. She is wonderful and skilled.

Care Philosophy

  • My interest in medicine goes back to high school. In medical school, I became fascinated with the human musculoskeletal system, particularly the anatomy and intricacies of our hands and upper extremities. Most of us take our hands for granted until we are injured and unable to perform the most basic functions, most of which require manual dexterity. It gives me great pleasure to remove the pain and restore full function to someone who has suffered a hand or wrist injury
