Dr. Steinberg reviewed my record ahead of time, carefully listened to my concerns, gave me the time to ask questions, and answered all carefully. Three days after the appointment, Dr. S. called me to explain the blood test results, offered his observations, and allowed me time to ask questions. He listened and gave me as much time as I needed.
