I have been with Dr. Gartrell's practice for over a year now. One of the things I like best about him and his staff is they actually are kind and sincere, and I feel that I can trust them. It's very awesome when your doctor displays that they know their profession, and actually are always continuing to grow their knowledge. Dr. Gartrell is my Primary Care Physician, but often he is my go to for other issues, as I am a patient with rheumatic problems as well. He just always has an informative and helpful answer or treatment plan, and if it's out of his scope, he will refer you with care. It might sound trivial;some people are not as sensitive, but I highly recommend him and his staff because they never have treated me poorly or made me feel stupid. I have had physicians make me feel this way, or that I am just a number, a 15 min apt. It leaves you feeling frustrated and bewildered. They don't operate that way there, they're good people, highly intelligent and responsive.
