My visit with the Dr. Went well, however the front desk print was down so I didn’t get the printed lab work order for my next visit, I was told I would receive it in the mail, since December 4th I’ve been waiting, today is December 27th , no order in my mail, next appointment is , for an infusion is January 22nd , so the San Bernardino office still has a little time left to mail out the lab order to me .
