I have a rare bird--Prostate cancer, confined to capsule but 1 node positive. This is the gray area node positive, capsule contained disease. I decided after long consultation, to go with Antihormonal Rx and chemo Rx with Taxotere, not radiation therapy due to the amount of normal tissue being irradiated, and no one has a clue where the cancer is in the lymphatics. New 2016 studies are promising but not definitive. I will be speaking with him inam, and have decided on this Rx. 2016 studies prom.
