Dr. Otrakji is a very good doctor. He listens and he cares. In my mind that is so important. I don't feel rushed ever during my appointments! His kindness starts from the very beginning of the appointment. I prefer to do telemedicine because it is so much easier for me and my wife. Plus I notice he spends more time with me and I feel less anxious. I get my blood work done and then he goes over everything with me and my wife at the appointment. Years ago I used to go to someone else and it was rushed and I always saw someone different. It was such a depressing experience. But with Dr. Otrakji appointments are great there are no waiting rooms and there is nothing better than that for me. I have hypertension and diabetes and will probably wind up on dialysis but that's ok because I listen carefully to Dr. Otrakji. The office staff is very kind and thoughtful too. You never get nasty people on the phone in his office. Thank you Doctor I just wish there were more of you out there!!
