Dr Baer always seems to ask the right questions right from my initial appointment in understanding my situation and making me feel comfortable. Very good listening skills, and has made suggestions to assist me with dealing with my issues. Electronic surveys provided at the beginning of each visit to monitor my status. Staff always professional and friendly. Been a patient with Dr Baer for more than a year.
