Jason Moore was my Mom's doctor for close to 10 years until her passing in 2014. My mom was a recent widow who had mental health issues in addition to physical health problems. She was a complex patient. When Dr. Moore started seeing her, she had not been out of the house to see a physician in several years. Dr. Moore was so kind and compassionate. He quickly won my mom's heart. He often went out of his way to make her feel comfortable. He is a great listener, respectful, and explains things in an understandable way. My mom had many health challenges, and thankfully, Dr. Moore has a wide range of knowledge. Prior to my mom's first appointment with ETSU Family Physicians, I had never been there, and had never met Dr. Moore. He has a great supportive staff. His nurse, Linda, is the best! She was wonderful with my mom. They make a great team! I will be forever grateful for the loving and respectful way they cared for my mom.
