Dr. Loflen attended to my granddaughter at UPMC Northwest emergency room late at night. We were very pleased with his approach, communication and thoroughness. Because my granddaughter lives out of state, Dr. Loflen called her neurological team to discuss her condition and treatment, and arranged for her test result to be forwarded to them.
