I've been going to Dr. Lee for quite some time and have been satisfied over the years. Dr. Lee is kind and innovative. Unlike many doctors, you are called back close to your appointment. However, you may not see the doctor for a bit if at all. Lately I have not seen Dr. Lee but rather her associates. My last visit was a bit disappointing. I was called in for a follow-up on a test that I asked if results could be given over the phone but the caller brushed over the request/question. I was lead to believe there was an issue and that I needed to come in. I came in and saw an associate. Well it turned out not to be much of anything and that took 5-10 max and I was done. I waited to speak to Dr. Lee (just on GP) for a bit and finally decided to leave as she obviously was backed up. I received a bill for the follow-up that was partially covered and felt hoodwinked to have been billed that amount for 5 minutes on something I asked about getting info via phone plus I never even saw Dr. Lee!
