Dr. Kaplan is one of the best doctors I've ever had! She delivered both of my children. She was located in Abingdon and she moved to the Perry hall location and I switched locations just so I could have her as a doctor. I am very sad she isn't going to be a regular obgyn anymore. I'm going to have a hard time finding a doctor as great as her!
