Dr. Sonander gives you all the time you need to explain what's going on. He really listens and responds to your concerns. I've been seeing him for several years now, and find I can always trust his judgment and advice, He has a good 'bedside manner.' His office assistants have always been helpful, though staffing problems since Covid have made telephone contact with his office difficult. You need to leave a message and get return call to schedule appointments. That said, if you are an established patient with an urgent problem the staff will usually fit you in immediately.
