He is approachable, answers questions clearly and never made me feel like he had to rush off to the next patients on his list. I’ve seen many resident/ intern combos at TMC and Dr. Jay did a tremendous job of allowing his intern to share the role and not once did he try to make sure I knew who was whom in the pecking order. This speaks volumes about his character. Easy to recommend him!
