Dr Welch is a very insightful, intelligent provider. He monitors you closely for side effects if he prescribes you medication. I have benefited greatly from his approach to my needs. Because of his plan of care I have experienced a measurable improvement and am able to function at a high level again after deep depression. I trust his judgement implicitly. I have never had reason not to after a few years of upward growth!
