Dr. Smeltzer is an amazing doctor. Like the other person said, I don't know why he got anything less than 5 stars. He is an absolute perfectionist and I would trust him with my life like I have before. He saved my baby's life who is about to turn 3 years old. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Smeltzer and I would absolutely recommend him.
