I had a complicated case that other doctors couldn't solve or weren't concerned with. Dr. Richards was the first doctor who actually listened to me before checking me out. As it turned out, I needed surgery. Dr. Richards was sensitive to my fears, educated me every step of the way and even cheered me on when my results came back negative! Love this man and his incredible staff.
