While my whole experience with the scheduling and billing department of the Cooley Dickinson was negative, Dr. Donnelly was a great provider. Just to be his patient, I will keep on going to Cooley Dickinson despite my negative experience with the other departments of the hospital. He did the cyst aspiration with the ultrasound guidance of Marsha (who was great as well). Dr. Donnelly explained everything in detail, leaving no questions unanswered. He is also very knowledgeable and friendly.
