Listened to me and went through everything up by step. Explained everything without getting too medical with his terminology. Coming from a female, I felt very comfortable and that he was not ignoring complaints. Overall has a very good bedside manner and is very professional. I have had family members see him when he worked in the hospitals in Central Austin and he was just as exceptional.
