Dr. Neill is a terrific listener and still researches the medical history against the recent results to direct his recommendations. I've had some doctors shoot from the hip with suggestions that may be 99% accurate. Dr. Neill takes that extra step to be absolutely sure his analysis to recommendation process is not flawed.
