No wait, pleasant office. Dr. Black was kind and patient. Had toe pain. He recognized the cause immediately and treated it promptly without causing any pain. I was very impressed and will go back if it is ever necessary. Recommend this office for any foot problems.

Dr. Black has 32 years of experience, and he is committed to providing the finest quality podiatric care for his patients. The St. John Providence Health System, which prides itself on “physicians who define a passion for healing,†recently celebrated Dr. Black’s dedicated service of more than 25 years on staff with the St. John Hospital and Medical Center. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Black attended Ohio University and went on to earn a Master of Science in Biomechanics. He completed his medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, as well as an internship in Ada, Oklahoma. This was followed by Dr. Black’s podiatric residency at Straith Memorial Hospital, specializing in Plastic and Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Black actively pursues the latest developments in medicine and podiatric surgery by attending regional innovative lectures on core issues such as lower extremity arterial disease, national orthopaedic conferences, and both local and national podiatric conferences.
