Dr. Ross is absolutely wonderful. I do have one big gripe and that is one of his assistants. She is horrible. She does not return calls, she does not listen or take down messages well at all. Every time I would call and try to get something such as blood work info, a refill request or anything she got it wrong! Very frustrating
