  • Dr. Stephen Cromer offers assessment and diagnostic care as a primary care sports medicine physician for all musculoskeletal conditions as well as activity-related sports injuries. He performs ultrasound injections for the ankle, elbow, shoulder, foot, hip and knee and provides treatment for concussion management.Dr. Cromer served as an assistant team physician at the University of South Carolina, University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, and Benedict College.
